2025 UIM-ABP European Continental Aquabike Championship
EUROPEAN ENDURANCE SERIES JOINS EUROPEAN AQUABIKE CHAMPIONSHIP FINALE IN VICHY
Friday, July 18: The Grand Prix of Vichy will host the 2025 European Endurance Championship in addition to the fourth and final round of the UIM-ABP Aquabike European Continental Championship and the Ski Division GP4 Junior European Championship on September 3rd-7th.
There are still two rounds of the European series to run in Hungary (August 1-3) and on the Allier River in Vichy, but Aquabike Promotion and the FFM have now released an action-packed timetable of action for the conclusion to the European racing season in France.
Registration and technical scrutineering are scheduled for Wednesday, September 3rd and Thursday, September 4th with Thursday’s timetable also including pole position qualifying for the European Endurance Championship and a hectic late morning of free practice for the Runabout GP4 Ladies, Ski Division GP2, Runabout GP4, Ski GP3 and Junior GP3.3 and Ski GP4 Junior entrants.
The first of the GP1 and GP3 Endurance Motos then precede additional free practice for the Runabout GP2, Ski GP4, Runabout GP4 Junior, Ski GP1 Ladies, Ski GP1 and Runabout GP1 categories. The day’s action concludes with the opening Endurance GP2 Moto, Moto 2 for Endurance GP1 and Freestyle free practice.
Friday morning features pole position sessions for seven of the European Championship categories, the second of the Endurance GP2 and GP3 Motos and Moto 3 for Endurance GP1. The afternoon session includes six of the opening European Championship Motos and pole position qualifying for the remaining categories.
Three Moto 1s, nine Moto 2s and an additional three opening Motos for the Ski GP1 Ladies, Ski GP1 and Runabout GP1 categories take the session into the late afternoon. Action then concludes with the third of the Endurance GP2 and GP3 Motos, Moto 4 for Endurance GP1 and the opening Freestyle Moto.
Sunday’s (September 7) final day of action includes a whole range of Motos 2 and 3 to decide the outcome of the European Continental Championship, the fourth of the Endurance GP2 Motos and the finale with the fifth Endurance GP1 Moto following the last of the Runabout GP1 and Ski GP1 heats.
